Introduction
Since our restaurants temporarily closed in March due to COVID-19, our teams have been working to rethink how we approach dining and hospitality and developing enhanced health and safety procedures. Though it was deemed that we could reopen our restaurants for patio service at the beginning of June, we did not believe that would have either our guests’ or employees’ best interests truly at heart. With that, we would like to provide some information as to how we are taking precautions to keep our team and guests safe. Our handbook and related procedures are live documents, meaning we’ll continue to update them as new regulations and guidelines develop.
